Job Description

We are a fast-paced shipping and logistics company seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Lead Dispatcher to oversee daily operations involving 100+ vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations for a fleet of 100+ vehicles.
• Monitor driver activity, delivery progress, and route completion to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle replacement orders, coordinate timely deliveries, and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected issues, delays, and operational challenges.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently, take initiative, make sound decisions, and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and team members while maintaining accurate records and operational updates.

A dependable, quick-thinking problem-solver who takes ownership, works well under pressure, and ensures operations run efficiently. Previous dispatch or logistics experience strongly preferred.

Location: Bardonia, NY (In-Person)

Hours: 10:30 -630pm

Salary: $50-$55k
