Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (In-Office)

Salary: 75000 - 100000/year (Based on experience)

Focus: Customer engagement, activation, retention & platform usage (Non-sales role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer.io email campaigns & automated workflows
• Analyze customer behavior to drive platform growth
• Test new marketing strategies & research competitor trends

• Analytical, creative, & technically minded
• Strong problem-solver comfortable learning new digital tools (Fintech experience a plus)
