Description:
We’re looking for a talented interior designer to create a full staging design for an apartment unit.

Scope:

• Design a complete layout for staging (living room, bedrooms, dining area)
• Select furniture, décor, and overall styling direction
• Provide a clear design plan we can execute (layout + item suggestions)

Deliverables:

• Mood board or visual concept
• Floor plan with furniture placement
• List of recommended items (with sizing and style direction)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in staging or residential interior design
• Ability to create designs that are modern, clean, and sales-driven
• Strong sense of space planning and visual appeal

Goal: Create a design that makes the apartment look high-end, inviting, and ready to sell/rent quickly. If you have relevant work, please share your portfolio.
