Construction company based in Williamsburg looking to hire someone with a background in architecture or construction-related plans as an in-house truss designer. While the role is related to architecture and construction drawings, it is very different from a traditional architecture position and requires a different way of thinking and approach. The candidate will be trained in the truss industry and in the software used for the position. We are looking for someone intelligent, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into the role long-term. This position has significant growth potential for the right candidate.
