• Manage daily operations of the Women's Day Hab program
• Supervise staff and ensure quality service delivery
• Develop and implement program activities
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with families and external agencies

• Experience in program management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of best practices in service delivery
