Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Flexible Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Guidepost ABA. This position offers the opportunity to work from home while providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
