NOW HIRING: IN-HOME BCBA

📍 NYC Boroughs & Rockland/Orange County

💵 $65–$85/hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

🕒 Full-Time | W-2 | 30–35 Hours Weekly

Hillside Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home and community-based services to children with autism.

The role includes managing a caseload of 8–10 clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, training caregivers, and monitoring client progress.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• New York LBA license or eligibility
• Relevant master’s degree
• Pediatric autism experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical and communication skills
