Job Description

Established Residential Mortgage Banker looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Loan Processor. The Loan Processor will work closely with loan officers and underwriters to review loan files to ensure compliance with underwriting, agency, and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loans submitted to ensure they meet regulatory, underwriting, and company guidelines
• Ability to maintain guidelines of agencies and multiple investors, including Non-QM
• Communicate with loan officers and borrowers regarding open conditions
• Structure loans to conforming, non-conforming, and Non-QM investors

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Requirement

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision making and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Encompass LOS
