Benefit Analyst Representative
$32-$40/hour

A Lakewood, NJ insurance company is hiring a benefit analyst representative. Job includes importing quotes into spreadsheets and negotiating with clients. Candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Looking for someone who is proficient with tools such as CRM and HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel including formulas. Candidate must be able to multitask, and have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
