A Lakewood, NJ insurance company is hiring a benefit analyst representative. Candidate must have advanced Excel skills, including formulas, as well as some knowledge of employee benefits. Looking for someone driven, and someone who wants to focus on growing with the company. Job includes importing quotes into spreadsheets and negotiating with carriers. Looking for someone who is proficient with tools such as CRM and HRIS platforms. Candidate must be able to multitask, and have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
