EmpowerED Solutions & Services is a growing Yeshiva Management Company that provides Finance & Accounting, Payroll & Benefits, HR, Development, and operational support to yeshivos, day schools, and kollelim across North America.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for exceptional professionals to join our remote team. We are currently hiring for multiple positions across several departments, including:

• Business Office - Regional Rep
• Accounts Payable - Regional Rep
• Payroll & Benefits - Regional Rep
• Tuition Management - Regional Rep
• Donor Services/Donations Database - Regional Rep

What You'll Do

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Managing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, accounts payable, or donor database operations for multiple client schools.
• Building strong relationships with school leadership and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Maintaining accurate financial or donor records while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Learning, implementing, and optimizing technology platforms including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, payroll systems, donor databases, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based tools.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Supporting leadership while helping our clients grow stronger organizations.

Experience requirements vary by position, ranging from entry-level bookkeeping opportunities to department leadership roles.
