Description:
An established real estate/property management organization is seeking a to supervise two property managers and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. The role focuses on leadership, oversight, and maintaining high standards within affordable housing properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support two property managers in daily operations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Implement operational procedures and address on-site issues promptly
- Assist with tenant relations and escalated concerns
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management required
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties effectively
