Job Description

We’re looking for a Crew Manager who can lead our delivery and install teams like a pro. You should be someone who understands how jobs run in the field, knows how to push a team to perform, and can come up with creative solutions, solve problems in real time, and keep jobs moving no matter what comes up.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule the crew in the smartest, most efficient way possible alongside CSRs and Sales
• Lead the crew, hold them accountable, and keep communication seamless
• Review tracking, cameras, and time punches to ensure smooth operations
• Create and implement better processes for delivery and installs
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and find practical, efficient solutions
• Enforce all safety protocols
• Build daily schedules that maximize productivity
• Host monthly crew meetings
• Ensure all job photos and documentation are uploaded and organized
• Manage crew supplies and maintain inventory
• Prepare all daily documents for the team

What You Bring:

• Proven construction experience with direct crew management and leadership responsibility (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
