We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to lead operations at our warehouse facility in Philadelphia. This is a key leadership role for someone who is hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of building and running a well-structured warehouse operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and organize the layout of the warehouse for optimal efficiency

* Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

* Supervise, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff

* Ensure all materials are properly received, documented, and stored in an organized manner

* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams

* Monitor and report on warehouse performance and inventory levels

Qualifications:

* Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to build and manage a team

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

* Excellent communication and time management skills

* Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Experience in warehouse setup and operations is a plus

* Knowledge of building materials is a strong advantage
