We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Help Desk Engineer in Lakewood, NJ. This is a full-time position with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for help desk inquiries.
  • Work across Windows/macOS environments.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
  • Manage networking and security fundamentals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in help desk support, preferably in MSP environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
