We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Help Desk Engineer in Lakewood, NJ. This is a full-time position with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for help desk inquiries.
- Work across Windows/macOS environments.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
- Manage networking and security fundamentals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in help desk support, preferably in MSP environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
