Job Overview

A fast-growing manufacturer is seeking a high-level Production Planner to forecast demand, balance capacity, remove bottlenecks, and ensure all orders are produced and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

  • Developing weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Aligning capacity with sales forecasts
  • Evaluating labor, equipment, and material constraints
  • Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
  • Balancing workloads
  • Adjusting schedules dynamically
  • Leading coordination across Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics
  • Analyzing production data and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Production Planner or Master Scheduler in manufacturing
  • Strong forecasting and capacity planning skills
  • ERP proficiency (Acumatica or similar preferred)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred experience in cabinetry, building products, or complex supply chains


Compensation
  • Salary: $80,000–$120,000 DOE
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Work Location: In-Person
