💰 $130,000–$165,000 + Benefits
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Process Automation & Integration Engineer to help streamline operations, improve workflows, and connect systems across the organization.

This role combines automation, systems integration, process optimization, and emerging AI technologies to improve both clinical and operational experiences.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement scalable automation workflows
• Analyze and redesign operational processes
• Build integrations using APIs, ETL pipelines, and scripting tools
• Work with platforms like Power Automate, Make, and Zapier
• Develop automation using Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell
• Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Support AI-assisted and intelligent automation initiatives

✅ Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in automation, integration, or process engineering
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and workflow design
• Experience with APIs, data workflows, and automation platforms
• Strong coding/scripting skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
