Salary: 75000-90000

Description: We are a well-established property management organization seeking an experienced Field Property Manager to work in the field overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout the Bronx, with a strong focus on Section 8 compliance and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 30–40 multifamily properties
• Manage and supervise maintenance and repair staff, ensuring timely completion of work
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, inspections, and ongoing property maintenance
• Conduct field visits and ensure properties meet housing and safety standards
• Handle tenant and vendor coordination related to property operations

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience preferred
• Section 8 experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing maintenance and repair personnel
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a field-based role
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
