Hiring: Front Store Manager (Part-Time)

Serendipity is opening an exciting new department and is looking for a motivated, take-charge Part-Time Front Store Manager to lead and grow it. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store floor
2. Manage, train, and support store staff
3. Ensure an exceptional customer experience
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels
5. Help build and grow the new department

1. Takes ownership and leads with confidence
2. Has strong communication and people skills
3. Is warm, organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
4. Has retail management or similar leadership experience (preferred)

Experience Required

1-2 years
