JOB OPENING: TikTok Shop Manager & Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, multi-talented TikTok Shop & Office Assistant to help scale our growing e-commerce brand. This role blends digital marketing outreach with essential daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • TikTok Affiliate Management: Identify and recruit creators who align with our brand; manage the end-to-end communication and partnership process.
  • Sample Logistics: Coordinate, package, and ship product samples to influencers and creators daily.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate sales and engagement to ensure a high ROI on sent samples.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including inventory organization, data entry, and basic customer service support.
  • Daily Task Execution: Act as a "right hand" for daily operations, ensuring all small tasks are completed to keep the business running smoothly.


Qualifications
  • Platform Expert: Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, social media trends, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable "cold-reaching" out to influencers.
