Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to join a growing field team. This role focuses primarily on fire sprinkler repairs, testing, maintenance, and related service work. The right candidate should be able to work independently in the field, communicate professionally with customers, and handle day-to-day assignments with reliability and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fire sprinkler repairs, testing, and maintenance in the field
• Handle service-related work and support sprinkler system compliance needs
• Travel to job sites and complete assigned daily work orders
• Communicate clearly with management regarding completed work and field updates
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
• Work closely with the team lead and adapt to changing daily priorities as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior hands-on experience in fire sprinkler repair, testing, maintenance, or installation
• Ability to work independently without extensive training
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication
• Professional, respectful manner with customers and team members

Work Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with shorter Fridays.

Compensation:
Starting range of approximately $65-75k, depending on experience, with potential for bonuses.

This is a growth hire for a busy team looking for someone who can step in and contribute quickly. The role is best suited for a candidate with direct industry experience who is comfortable in a hands-on field environment.
