Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a young boy with autism in a home-based setting. This role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote positive outcomes. The majority of services will be delivered in the client's home in Far Rockaway, with flexibility for community outings as needed.
