**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and oversee the delivery of ABA services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavior analysis, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and effective treatment environment. The Clinical Director will work closely with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for all ABA programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor behavior analysts and therapy staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to promote consistency in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote awareness of ABA services.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
