A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a recertification team lead. Job includes managing and overseeing an offshore team handling Medicaid recertifications. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is capable of managing remote or offshore teams, and is comfortable handling escalations and flagged issues. Candidate must have at least 2 years of prior office experience, preferrable in a supervisory role. Prior experience managing or working with an offshore or remote team is strongly preferred. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm, or 9 am-5 pm (must be on call until 5 pm if not working full time), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
