Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to provide therapeutic big brother/big sister support for children, or therapeutic mentorship for adults. You’ll work with clients to meet goals outlined in their Individual Rehabilitation Plan.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients based on their Individual Rehabilitation Plan
• Helping clients work toward therapeutic goals
• Coordinating and delivering services under the supervision of the PRP Supervisor
• Promoting self-management, community living skills, and overall quality of life
