Brooklyn-based Licensed Home Care Services Agency seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator with experience in home care operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake and onboarding team.
- Manage staffing and scheduling team.
- Streamline care coordination between patients, caregivers, and clinical team.
- Support communication between marketing, intake and staffing divisions.
- Support communication with families, staff, and referral sources.
- Track success of individuals and teams.
- Support daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care required.
- Excellent communication and managment skills.
