Brooklyn-based Licensed Home Care Services Agency seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator with experience in home care operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake and onboarding team.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling team.
  • Streamline care coordination between patients, caregivers, and clinical team.
  • Support communication between marketing, intake and staffing divisions.
  • Support communication with families, staff, and referral sources.
  • Track success of individuals and teams.
  • Support daily office operations.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in home care required.
