Next Step ABA is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. We offer both remote and in-person positions, giving you the flexibility to work in the way that best fits your lifestyle. We have cases in both Brooklyn and Queens.

Your Role:  

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans  
• Supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with families  
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA care 

Requirements:  

• Active BCBA licencse and LBA Certificate 
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
