Job Overview

HCS is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work at our male Boro Park residence for afternoon/evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Document and report any changes in the individuals' conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
