Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule: Daytime Position | Flexible Hours

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and compassionate Morning/Day Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of a residential group home for individuals with special needs. This role works closely with management to ensure residents receive quality care while maintaining a safe, structured, and well-run environment.

Responsibilities

1. Support daily operations and morning routines within the residence
2. Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and shift coverage
3. Ensure residents receive quality care and support throughout the day
4. Coordinate appointments, transportation, and communication with programs
5. Maintain documentation, logs, and compliance records
6. Monitor inventory and order household, food, medical, and cleaning supplies
7. Help oversee medication, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
8. Track staff training requirements and support administrative processes
9. Foster a positive, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operations
3. Experience in residential services, healthcare, human services, or a related field preferred
4. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
5. Comfortable working in a supervisory and hands-on support role
