Hamaspik is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a DSP, you will help individuals achieve greater independence, build daily living skills, participate in community activities, and work toward personal goals. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact while providing positive support that enhances the day-to-day lives of those you serve.

Qualifications

1. Must be 14 years of age or older
2. Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid working papers
3. Responsible, dependable, and caring
4. Strong desire to help others and make a positive difference
