As our Community Engagement & Referral Development Specialist, you'll help expand Kindly's presence throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania by building trusted relationships that generate referrals and increase awareness of our services.

If you're passionate about networking, relationship-building, and making a meaningful impact while helping families access exceptional supports, we'd love to meet you.

  3. Represent Kindly at conferences, networking events, resource fairs, workshops, and community meetings.
  4. Deliver presentations and educational sessions about Kindly's services.
  5. Identify partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities to increase Kindly's visibility.
  6. Guide prospective individuals and families through available services and educate them on navigating DDD and ODP programs.
  7. Collaborate with operations and case management teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to services.
  8. Identify underserved regions and new growth opportunities.
  9. Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns.
  10. Track referral activity, partnership development, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in community outreach, business development, admissions, healthcare marketing, provider relations, case management, or referral development.
  2. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  3. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Existing relationships with New Jersey DDD Support Coordinators, Support Coordination Agencies, or Pennsylvania ODP Supports Coordinators strongly preferred.
  2. Experience generating referrals through professional relationships.
  3. Knowledge of DDD and/or ODP services.
  4. Spanish bilingual preferred.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
