DSPs Wanted – Male & Female
Positions available for Shabbos Group Home (couples welcome), Day Habilitation, and Group Homes
Locations: Monsey or Brooklyn
Hours:
Shabbos: Friday approx. 1pm through either Motzei Shabbos or Sunday morning
Day Hab: approx. 8:45am–3:30pm
Group Home Shifts:
Morning: 6am–9am
Afternoon: 3pm–10pm
Overnight: 10pm–6:30am
(All hours are approximate and depend on the specific group home or program’s needs.)
Pay:
Day Hab: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)
Group Homes: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)
Night Staff: $15–$23/hr
Shabbos: $500–$600 per Shabbos; $1,000–$1,200 for a couple
(All pay structures are general and approximate, depending on program, hours worked, experience, etc.)
Responsibilities include:
Providing compassionate care and support to residents
Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Creating a warm and structured Shabbos environment
Engaging residents in meaningful and enjoyable Shabbos activities
Experience is preferred, but all employees receive thorough training and strong managerial support.
