We’re a growing organization dedicated to providing vital services for children and families. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Program Director to help manage and grow our afterschool programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand programs like Respite, CommHab, Family Support, EI, ABA, UPK, and more.
• Build strong relationships with parents, providing support and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain positive relationships with officials.
• Oversee Carter funding and other financial resources to support program growth.
• Help establish an afterschool center offering respite, ABA, therapy, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience in program management, especially in community or educational services.
• Knowledge of Respite, CommHab, Family Support, ABA, and related programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with parents and government agencies.
• Experience with Carter funding and compliance with government guidelines.
