📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY (Full-Time, In-Person)

💰 Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

Yachad, a division of the Orthodox Union (OU), is seeking a Director of Adult Day Services to oversee Adult Day Habilitation and Vocational Services programs, lead staff, ensure quality care, and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

1. ✔️ 3–5 years of management or program leadership experience
2. ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
3. ✔️ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
4. ✔️ Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is a plus
