Residence Manager Needed – Lead a Caring Team at HASC Center!

Are you an organized, compassionate leader with experience in human services? HASC Center is looking for a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee one of our residential group homes and ensure the highest quality of care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

The Details:

Location: Brooklyn Group Home

Schedule: Full-time (Requires flexibility and some on-call availability).

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading the Home: Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all individuals.
2. Managing the Team: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
3. Ensuring Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and routine documentation.
4. Coordinating Care: Oversee individuals' person-centered care plans, coordinate medical appointments, and manage house finances and budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Prior supervisory or management experience, ideally within a residential setting or the IDD/human services field.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
3. A valid driver’s license.
4. A deep commitment to treating every individual with dignity and respect.
