Position Summary

Positive Pathways ABA is looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Assist with client intake and enrollment
  • Process employee onboarding paperwork
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain accurate electronic records
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Communicate with families and staff
  • Provide general administrative support

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Professional and reliable

Schedule
9 am - 1 pm, Monday–Friday, In-person (Crown Heights, Brooklyn)

Pay
Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
