Position Summary
Positive Pathways ABA is looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Assist with client intake and enrollment
- Process employee onboarding paperwork
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain accurate electronic records
- Perform data entry and filing
- Communicate with families and staff
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications- High school diploma required
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Professional and reliable
Schedule9 am - 1 pm, Monday–Friday, In-person (Crown Heights, Brooklyn)
PayStarting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
