We are looking for a capable, warm, and highly organized Office Manager to join our Special Education support team. This is a key role that requires strong communication and administrative skills to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Has:

✔ Excellent people and communication skills

✔ Strong phone and email etiquette

✔ Solid computer skills – must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✔ A sharp eye for detail and strong proofreading abilities

✔ Experience or familiarity with special education (a plus but not required)

✔ A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

✔ Strong organizational and multi- tasking abilities
