Job Description

Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Location: Williamsburg

We're looking for a Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This role is all about supporting new team members—our Staffing Coordinators—as they ramp up and thrive.

What you’ll be doing: 

 * Supporting new hires as they learn the ropes 

* Collaborating across teams to make training even better 

* Helping us keep learning fresh, fun, and useful for everyone 

 You don’t need years of experience—just a strong ability to communicate, stay organized, and a genuine interest in coaching others. Bonus points if you've ever taught, tutored, mentored, or explained something complicated in a way that finally clicked.
