Qualifications
- An advanced degree (Master's in history or education)
- Experience with differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs and individual learning plans
- Familiarity with backward design in lesson planning

- Integrate traditional teaching methods with modern pedagogy
- Lead and inspire a team of history educators
- Oversee departmental operations
