SCHOOL MEALS (IFB) INVITATION FOR BID Bnos Israel School of East Flatbush is seeking a Glatt Kosher caterer/vendor to provide Breakfast, Lunch and Snack meals for the 2025-26 School Year. We are currently soliciting competitive proposals and wish to invite your company to submit a proposal. Bid Proposals Due By: 7/21/2025 Opening Proposal Date: 7/28/2025 Bid opening date 7/29/2025 Bid Packet can be picked up at 1629 East 15th Street or requested by email at the following email address xxxxx Meals are served 5 (days) Mon-Fri Proposal Procedure: The vendor/caterer shall complete a proposal/ contract document indicating the portion sizes and component contribution for each menu item. Items, components and menus must meet USDA and NYS requirements. Meals must meet the following kosher requirements– Cholov Yis roel, Pas Yisroel, Yoshon, Glatt Kosher, Rabbinical supervision of the kitchen. Rabbinical supervision must adhere to the requirements of our school and our parent body Caterer/Vendor must submit 2 completed copies of the bid proposal, signed and dated in a sealed envelope by 7/28/2025, Bid opening 7/29/2025 Proposal Procedures The caterer/vendor shall the completed proposal document shall indicate the price per meal. All meals must meet the following requirements Current Meal pattern requirements as per NYS and Federal Guidelines Kosher requirements – Cholov Yisroel, Pas Yisroel, Yoshon, Glatt Kosher, Rabbinical supervision of the kitchen This institution is an equal opportunity provider
