Late Night Closing Supervisor
Description:
Castell’s, an upscale kosher restaurant in Brooklyn, is hiring a Shomer Shabbat individual to act as the late-night closing supervisor. Perfect for someone responsible and looking for steady evening hours in a respectful work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the cleaning crew to ensure proper end-of-night procedures
Power down lights and complete lock-up duties
Qualifications:
Fully Shomer Shabbat and observant of Kashrut
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work late hours
No prior restaurant or mashgiach experience required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Hours:
Sunday: 9:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Thursday: 11:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Motzei Shabbos: 11:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
