Paraprofessional
Description:
Darchai Menachem is seeking Paraprofessionals to join our school team. The ideal candidates will be dependable, professional, and aligned with the values of the yeshiva, supporting students and staff in a warm, structured environment.
Responsibilities
Support students throughout the school day (academic, social, and behavioral support as needed)
Assist classroom teachers with routines, transitions, and classroom management
Help implement teacher-directed plans and maintain a positive learning environment
Communicate respectfully and professionally with staff and families when appropriate
Maintain student confidentiality and follow school procedures
Current Openings / Scheduling Needs
Female Paraprofessional: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Male Paraprofessionals: Full time/ Part time
Qualification
Warm, patient, and responsible
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience working with children preferred (training/support available)
Ability to follow structure, procedures, and supervision in a fast-paced school setting
