Now Hiring: Program Staff Supporting Children with Social, Emotional, or Behavioral Challenges

Location: Multiple locations across Queens, NY (in-person only)

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced individuals to join our team in supporting children with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working one-on-one with children in their home environment and helping them achieve individualized goals.

Available Positions & Compensation

High School Diploma Providers

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
• Compensation: $23–$27 per hour

Bachelor’s Degree Providers

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
• Compensation: $37–$40 per hour

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability
• After-school hours
• Weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct, in-home support to children
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioral goal development
• Support children’s overall well-being and daily functioning
• Collaborate with families and program staff as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
