Job Description
Position: Shipping Supervisor (High Volume)
Hours: On-site, Full-Time, Mon–Thu 11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Lead high-volume shipping floor; track hourly volume/quotas; staffing planning; productivity management; oversee picking, staging, and loading; remove bottlenecks; reduce costs and avoid overtime; ensure trucks depart on schedule.
Requirements:
English and Spanish required.
