Job Description

Location: Newark, NJ (on-site)

Salary: 80000–100000

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Managing a high-volume shipping floor
• Tracking hourly production and quotas
• Planning staffing levels
• Supervising picking and loading operations
• Resolving bottlenecks
• Improving processes
• Ensuring trucks depart on schedule

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience supervising shipping or warehouse teams
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
