Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify decision-makers
• Follow up with client organizations to maintain communication and build relationships
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams, ensuring a seamless experience
• Develop insights and strategies to identify new prospects and enhance client engagement
• Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires to integrate them effectively into the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and networking abilities, including experience with cold-calling and drop-ins
• Proficiency in using online resources for information gathering and lead generation
• Prior experience in business development and coordinating sponsorship events (preferred)
