Magen Abot Yeshivah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preschool staff and provide guidance and support.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Organize and participate in school events and activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership role in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.

• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
