Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth and Family Peer Support Specialist to work with clients receiving CFTSS services. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting youth and families and helping them achieve meaningful goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Youth Peer Support services in home, school, and community settings
• Build strong, supportive relationships with youth based on shared lived experience
• Support development of coping skills, communication skills, and daily functioning
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed

Requirements

• Must be a credentialed Youth or Family Peer Support Specialist (or eligible and willing to obtain credentialing)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to complete required trainings and documentation
• Experience working with children and families in behavioral health settings preferred

Compensation

• $30 per hour
