Position Overview

The Preschool Director/Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our preschool by providing leadership, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting both staff and families.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of 2–3 preschool classrooms.
2. Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and retention.
3. Coordinate enrollment and admissions.
4. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and organized learning environment.
5. Maintain the preschool facility and operational stability.
6. Provide light administrative and office support.
7. Foster strong relationships with families and the community.
