Salary range: $35,000 - $40,000
Location: CSI Nyack 300 N. Broadway Upper Nyack, NY 10960
Start Date: May 2026 with some mentoring/guidance before then

Congregation Sons of Israel Nyack is searching for an enthusiastic Education Director with at least two years of experience in Jewish education who can promote a culture of joyful, inclusive, and aspirational Jewish and Hebrew education to encourage lifelong Jewish learning and positive Jewish identity formation among our school's students and families.
Responsibilities: The Education Director is responsible for all aspects of the approximately 35-student religious school, including:

Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong background in Jewish education is a must and a Master's in Jewish Education is a plus. Our ideal candidate is innovative, collaborative, organized, and passionate about making religious and Hebrew education both substantive as well as engaging and relevant to children and families raising children in a diverse, multicultural Jewish world.
